Ways To Induce Labor

Does any one know the Acupressure points to induce labor?

It's between your thumb and first finger. Press around in the fleshy part there until you feel a tender spot and then you will know you are in the right place. Make small circular movements with firm pressure for about 1-5 minutes and then release.

There is also another spot that is on the inside of your leg. If you go to the ankle bone, on the inside of your ankle, about four finger widths up from there is the spot you need to be in.

Just to warn you though, this does not usually work. It often times will give you contractions but not enough to send you into full blown labor.
