What is the best way to induce labor at home if you are past due?
If you're dilated at all, walking, having sex, and nipple stimulation can be helpful. Keep in mind that it doesn't ALWAYS work, though. I went to 40wks5days with my son, LOL, and 41 weeks with my daughter.
