Induce Labor? Cervidil, Pitosin, Epidural? please help. In the Hospital now?

OK . here its is, I am 39 weeks and 2 days, I was told the last day that i could go into labor was going to be April 6th, Well, last night I started having contractions and came to the hospital, but I wasnt dilating, they called the DR. and she said to have me stay overnight because of the contractions, and that if nothing changed i was going to be induced today!. I am still not dilating and my cervix is very posterior. The Dr ordered cervidil, and they put it in today at 7am, and supposedly 12 hrs later , they are going to check again and if im still not dilating they are going to give me Pitosin, Is there a possibility that after all that i still dont dilate?? after all those meds, will i go on labor or is there a possibility they send me home or ask me to opt for a C – section.. I dont want to get a c-sec.. i wanna try natural labor. My contractions went away overnight, and now they are starting again but very mild, what do u guys think, please help.. I dont want to be sent home and have to come back in 5 days anyway since that would be the last day. Im already here and want to be done already! But then again, is there any danger to the baby? or is it completely safe? Cervidil, Pitosin… and after that, should I take epidural? or should i try without it?
