Exercise to induce labor?
ok, im 4 days from my due date and so ready to get this little guy out! i have family in town for about a week and i dont want him going past the due date so they get more time to see him. my dr doesnt care, she wont induce until after the due date. (*****)
ive already tried
sex
walking
cleaning the whole house
pineapple, mango, kiwi
hot and spicy foods
ankle and hand massage
driving on bumpy roads
galloping
playin with my boobies. lol.
talking to him and doin the flashlight thing!
i dont want to take castor oil. so ive been around the house puttin myself in weird positions that i think would move him down and ive had a couple “twings” in my vagina, but no real contractions.
are there any positions or anything anyone else can recommend?
and PLEASE dont say wait until hes ready, im not listening to that.
